It originated in Japan.</p>
<p>It is prepared from a flesh of the pufferfish and the flesh itself is edible. But take note this fish is believe to be poisonous so it must be serve properly or in the right way for the skin, liver and ovaries contain lethal amount of poison tetrododoxin. If this amount is consume then the effects would be deadly.</p>
<p>No worries as restaurants only serve Fugu if prepared by qualified chef, having experience of 3 years plus a very difficult exam. This means a chef must be with great skills and precision.</p>
<p>With all this preparations and servings, a fugu is very dangerous and expensive dish.</p>
<p>Interested? Why not try this delicacy then.</p>

4 cl orange juice<br />
4 cl grapefruit juice</p>
<p>Preparation<br />
Shake or blend briefly, and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with fresh fruit and a cherry. Add a straw, and serve.</p>

<p>2 cups cold milk<br />
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches<br />
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate<br />
2 tablespoons honey<br />
Fresh mint, if desired</p>
<p>Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately garnished with mint.</p>

It is said to be a notorious boiled fertilized duck&#8217;s egg. Usually duck&#8217;s egg usually takes 28 days. In making a balut, it is boiled at 17 days when the chick os still wrapped in white and showing no feathers and beak. duck&#8217;s egg usually takes 28 days.</p>
<p>How it eat a balut? First make sure it&#8217;s hot. Hold the egg and determine the wider end. Break off a piece and put on a rock salt and sip. Once all soup has been sip break off the rest of the egg shell, peel it and sprinkle with rock salt again, the yolk which is firm and the chick is now ready to eat.</p>
<p>Balut is said to be aphrodisiac. This serve as also a bar chow for menfolks who gather around and drinks beer or gin.</p>
<p>On selling it, a vendor walks on street at night carrying the basket of eggs and bellowing the word &#8216;Baluuuuut&#8217;.</p>
