Thanksgiving day is a holiday celebrated primarily in Canda and United States. Its a way of expressing gratitude for the harvest time thats why it is called Harvest Festival.
Thanksgiving in United states will be celebrated this coming November 26, 2009. In canada it was celebrated last October 12, 2009.
There are traditionally serve foods like roasted turkey, its featured item on the table. Stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet corn, other fall vegetables, and pumpkin pie are commonly present in the dinning table as well.
Japanese Siomai

Japanese Siomai. My new favorite. It’s siomai wrapped in nori (japanese seaweed, the wrap they use for sushi) and topped with (fake) crab. Dip it in soy sauce with mixed lime and chili oil.
Fugu

Fugu is one of notorious and fascinating dished in the world. It originated in Japan.
It is prepared from a flesh of the pufferfish and the flesh itself is edible. But take note this fish is believe to be poisonous so it must be serve properly or in the right way for the skin, liver and ovaries contain lethal amount of poison tetrododoxin. If this amount is consume then the effects would be deadly.
No worries as restaurants only serve Fugu if prepared by qualified chef, having experience of 3 years plus a very difficult exam. This means a chef must be with great skills and precision.
With all this preparations and servings, a fugu is very dangerous and expensive dish.
Interested? Why not try this delicacy then.
Non Alcoholic Tropical Drinks

Drinks on Paprica Bar and Resto. First off is Pussy Foot which I had ordered. It taste like more of a pineapple. I researched and here is the Ingredient and as it serves.

1 cl grenadine syrup
4 cl pineapple juice
4 cl orange juice
4 cl grapefruit juice
Preparation
Shake or blend briefly, and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with fresh fruit and a cherry. Add a straw, and serve.
Peach Coolers.

This is taste more like a sprite soda.
2 cups cold milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons honey
Fresh mint, if desired
Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately garnished with mint.
Baby Ass
It tasted more of cherries. A very red blended cherries. Be searching more internet more of it’s ingredients.
Balut

Balut is one of the exotic foods in the Philippines. It is said to be a notorious boiled fertilized duck’s egg. Usually duck’s egg usually takes 28 days. In making a balut, it is boiled at 17 days when the chick os still wrapped in white and showing no feathers and beak. duck’s egg usually takes 28 days.
How it eat a balut? First make sure it’s hot. Hold the egg and determine the wider end. Break off a piece and put on a rock salt and sip. Once all soup has been sip break off the rest of the egg shell, peel it and sprinkle with rock salt again, the yolk which is firm and the chick is now ready to eat.
Balut is said to be aphrodisiac. This serve as also a bar chow for menfolks who gather around and drinks beer or gin.
On selling it, a vendor walks on street at night carrying the basket of eggs and bellowing the word ‘Baluuuuut’.
